In addition to finding information on our vast product lines, users can easily browse and purchase Honeyville products. Utilizing a flat-rate shipping cost, order tracking, and secure payment transactions, our shopping cart is a breeze to use. Payment Options
For orders placed online we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You are also welcome to use your PayPal account for fast and easy checkout. In addition to the methods listed above, you can print out a Mail Order Form, fill it out, and send it in to the address on the form along with a check or money order. Your order will be processed and shipped just as our online orders are processed. Returns and Exchanges
If an item that you ordered arrives damaged please either refuse the package or give us a call immediately at (888) 810-3212. We are happy to process a claim with UPS and get replacement product shipped out to you immediately, and at no cost to you. If, upon receiving your order, you decide that you no longer want the items that you've ordered, you can ship the unopened product back to Honeyville, at your cost, for a refund on that item. Should any product not meet your expectations, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed. We want to ensure that you get what you pay for and will do everything in our power to make things right. |
